Media Production Business Development Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Media Production Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth across our diverse range of media production services.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our client base, increase revenue, and enhance our company’s market presence.
• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across various industries and sectors, targeting both existing and emerging markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaborations and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our company’s media production capabilities and unique selling points.
• Work closely with internal teams, including creative, production, and marketing, to develop tailored solutions that meet clients’ specific needs and objectives.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Regularly monitor and report on business development performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the media production industry or a related creative sector.
• Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and driving revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of media production processes and technologies, including film, television, digital, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

This role reports directly to Wrecked Media Group’s co-founders, plus regular interfacing with WMG’s Executive Producer and production team.
